Freehold Crowd was founded to give accredited investors direct access to the kind of South Florida luxury residential development deals that historically lived inside private rolodexes — small-balance equity in ground-up projects priced like a single down payment, not a $5 million fund commitment. We source, underwrite, and structure every deal in-house, then let our members co-invest alongside the developer through Regulation D offerings.
The platform combines deep operating experience in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach with a transparency-first investor interface: every project page publishes the pro forma, the sensitivity downside, the sponsor’s track record, and the exact unit economics before you commit a dollar.
